Earth Jutsu gain +1 ATK/DEF rolls vs Water Jutsu. If Attacking Earth Jutsu, your attack does +1d4 DMG if blocked with a Water Jutsu. If Defending against a Water Jutsu with Earth Jutsu and you fail, you gain +1d4 DR vs the incoming ATK.
